Terms and conditions.

01. Traveling & Fooding extra charges should be paid excluded.

02. You have to pay 10000/- rupees once the shoot done for pre-wedding or in case of add-on engagement.

03. You will pay full dues except 5000/- rupees rest on Wedding/reception night

04. You have to clear all the due payment then only we would be able to proceed with the next step.

05. The next 5000/- rupees should be paid at the time while we courier/handover the album and videos to you.

06. Fooding and lodging of our team for both the sides is your responsibility from wedding up to reception date. Make sure that Whom ever are working from the "Magic Studio" team in your occasion should be given rooms to stay, if that is not possible at your place you can make a booking at hotel for them. Because they are artists whom you booked to make your day, they can not be able to do their job without charging their gadgets and without having rest.

07. If the client cancel the package after giving advance payment & after cancellation if they ask for refund, "Magic Studio" would not provide any kind of refunds to them.

08. You have to collect the raw pictures, if it could not be possible then you can handover any kind storage device (Pen drive) to the member of magic studio team to collect raw data, if that is also not available you can inform us previously so that we can arrange pen drive from our company to gather all raw pictures and we will send that through courier within 15-20 days except holidays but for that the price of the same device should be paid along with courier charges. Lastly you can receive pictures through the mail or drive link within 15-20 days after the occasion got over but you have to download the files once we inform the files are sent. If you are not at all co operating with storage device or mail & link, then in case of files got damaged or the case of data loss Magic Motion Pictures would not be the responsible or any kind of refund should not take place.

09. After selection of photos you should send the files to us, Once we get the files then only we can start with the design work of albums).

10. The date we got the selected files, from that date till 3 months you will get all the hard copies ( album & video)

11. You have to send selected files (photos) within 1 months of getting all the raw backups other wise the time margin of final album or albums (Hard copy) & video(s) could be delayed.

12. If you want the hard copies (album & video) through Courier Service you have to pay the Courier Charges extra.

13. "Magic Studio" is not promising any of our clients that we will upload their photos or videos in our page, it's our own concern when & which files would be uploaded on our page, We have separate marketing team for such activities. So, we are requesting you, please do not request or argue for same thing.

14. Pictures that you would select for your album, would be color-corrected and edited with saturation if needed for Album. High end retouch should not takes place for all 120 Photos. If you have Scar, marks, on the face & you want smooth skin for the whole album, extra 50 rupees should be paid to the editor for each face of the photo. Otherwise please to don't argue for the same, our job is to paste colorful pictures on our album but not with high end retouch for the whole Album.

15. Clients should understand what is the background of occasion, A perfect click appear when situation, lighting, Background, decoration, crowds & obviously with the co-operation of client are according to us. If any of these are not available photos or videos may not be that great to you. At that situation you could not blame us for the same or you should not argue for the pictures that we have uploaded at the social media, you should know that all the co-operation might be according to us for that click. All of the solicited is your co-operation in the whole ceremony.

16. We have two slots for the timing of pre wedding, and clients will be suggested to chose which one will be the perfect timing for the pre-wedding shoot, according to the date & location chosen by client. Not a whole day of shooting will be performed.

17. In case of add-on package, Working period will be 8 hours for each add-on, If the time exceed from this period 700/- rupees will be charged for each hour.

18. “Magic Motion Pictures” will only provide add on services to their clients not for the opposite side of the wedding in case of single side wedding booking.

19. The date of the pre-wedding shoot will be given by Magic Motion Pictures as it is free, no-pressure can be given on Magic Motion Pictures in this matter. The date of Pre-wedding will obviously be given with our availability and clients concern.

20. Magic motion pictures is not committed to remove their logo and watermark from any of their work, none of the customers could force to do so.
